About

I am a performer, composer, sound designer and multi-instrumentalist living in Brooklyn, NY. I live and breathe through music and sound.

My musical journey began at the age of five when I began learning violin. Growing up in Woodinville, WA, I eventually picked up piano and guitar as well, and spent my teenage years in youth orchestras, chamber groups, and solo competitions on the violin. After high school, I moved to New York to pursue classical violin, then later moved to Boston and delved into learning guitar and songwriting. Later, I decided to move back to NYC and worked primarily as a live and session violinist as I began writing and recording my own music. I spent a couple years playing violin and guitar in off-Broadway shows, and I've sang and played guitar for numerous bands and artists, including No TV Tonight!!, likeiwasthefire, Atarah Valentine, and Young Death.

I currently split my time between teaching music, composing, and doing sound editing/design for films and games. An up to date list of my film and video game audio work can be found on my credits page, as well as listing ongoing work. I have worked on games released for iOS, Steam, and PC; short narrative films; and feature length documentaries. To get in touch with me for a project, feel free to visit my contact page.
